About

Interact is a community service club that works on projects around our community.  We connect our members with nearby events that suit their needs and those of the community.  Our most popular event are the home builds we do in Mexico!  Together, we hope to cultivate an amazing community for the generations to come.

Coastal Habitat Restoration - at the Beach!

January 26th

Come help to save and restore one of the last remaining Coastal Dune and Wetland Habitats in San Diego. Please join us from 9:00am to noon. Over 95% of these habitat areas no longer exist in California. Home to many endangered birds, fish and mammals this area needs your help to remain as a viable habitat area. An educational walking tour will be included.

Help restore nesting habitat for endangered birds at North Fiesta Island!

February 17th

Join San Diego Audubon as we restore nesting habitat of the CA Least Tern, a federally-listed endangered seabird! This species has lost most of its coastal dune nesting habitat, and the habitat that remains is often overgrown by invasive weeds. We will be working to remove these weeds, repair fencing and install signage, all to help this little bird and its chicks thrive.
